Benjamin’s first shots!
So Amy took Ben to the doctor yesterday for his 6 week checkup! The docs say all is well and Ben is up to 11lbs, 9oz! I guess the kid is really enjoying the breast milk!
He also got a couple of shots though and those did not go over well! Amy said it was tough to see him crying out in pain, so helpless and really clueless as to why he was getting poked in each leg with these shots. I guess for that reason, I’m glad I wasn’t able to get home in time to go to the appointment with them. I probably would have had a tear or two as well!
In other news, I’m working on a new template for the site, just have to finish the header!
Also, I plan on making a new vidcast this weekend. I think I want to make a short clip just doing the “week in review”…we’ll see how that works out.

That is a difficult task for everyone involved, and with Taylor it hasn’t got any easier. As Taylor’s strength has increased it really feels like I am torturing her, but I know it is for the best and we only have two or three more to go. We give her some infant Tylenol before we leave for the doctors office this helps her get over the experience a little quicker, and she is ready for a nap when we get home.
I look forward to seeing the new site.

Thanks Justin!!!! The doc told us we could use the childrens tylenol after 2 months….so we’ll be sure to be on top of it for next time!!!!
Yeah, and the holding down part would scare me too!!!!

james farrell had his first shots wednesday too. i missed it because i was travelling first time since the birth.
